VEHICLE CHOICES & PRICING:

1. 4 PASS. CLASSIC '95 CADILLAC SEDAN ($395 total all inclusive** or $84-$90/Hour*)

2. 2-6 PASS.* DENALI SUV LIMO ($395 total all inclusive** or $84-$90/Hour*)

* Denali limo accommodates 3-4 students comfortable; with the 2 fold down seats makes it 6 student max. capacity

3. 8 PASS. LINCOLN STRETCH LIMO ($445 total all inclusive** or $96-$108/Hour*)

4. 14 PASS*. LIMO/PARTY BUS ($550 total all inclusive** or $120-$132/Hour*)

5. '55 BENTLEY ($250/ Hr. with 4-6 hours)

 2 CHOICES: HOURLY RATE OR THE ALL-INCLUSIVE POINT TO POINT SPECIAL; BOTH DESCRIBED BELOW.

* Hourly rates are $84-$132/HOUR all-inclusive (includes driver gratuity). The higher quoted rate (above) is the credit card price, and the lower quoted rate is the cash price.  Hourly rates are charged a 5 hour minimum. A pickup/drop-off location charge may exist with the hourly option, please inquire about your specific liability.

This dedicated hourly service has certain advantages, including:

• the ability to make your own itinerary & choose your pickup/drop-off times.

• the ability to decorate the bus the way you like.

• the ability to leave belongings and have food/beverages in the vehicle.

• and the advantage of having the vehicle always waiting for your group, allowing your group maximum flexibility/convenience etc. 

Your chosen vehicle is guaranteed with this hourly rate option.  We can accommodate up to 22 students. TERMS

** The all-inclusive point to point special¹ includes the driver gratuity and is a non-hourly service, direct from your pickup locations to your drop-off locations. Complimentary Portland metro area pickup/drop-off locations.  Your vehicle is not available during the in-between times between the pickup times. 5% cash discount applies off the quoted rate.  Specific vehicles are not guaranteed with this option.  We can accommodate up to 22 students. ^{(see VEHICLES below)} TERMS

This all-inclusive service¹ includes up to 3 scheduled pickups/drop-offs with...

• A single pickup from a residence within the Portland Metro area.

• Transport to a restaurant and/or...to your PROM.

• Return/drop-off to one residence within the Portland Metro area at the end of prom...or...stop for refreshments² & then return to one residence at the end of prom.

• You will have your choice of pickup times, as follows:

  • 5:30pm, 7:30pm and 10:30pm⁴  

  OR

  • 6:30pm, 8:30pm and 11:30pm⁴

For everyone's safety, a Parent/Student 'Prom Promise' - Minor Release form is required.

 

* NOTICE CITY OF PORTLAND OPERATING PERMIT #C0005* My Chauffeur is an official limousine company of the City of Portland and the Portland International Airport. When booking a limousine, go to the City of Portland website to verify that the company is legally permitted to operate in Portland.  It they're not on the list, they're operating illegally within the City of Portland.

TERMS:  Hourly rates or point to point rates apply.  Cash discount and/or gas surcharge may apply.  Deposit is required and is refunded with 100% cash or CC payment. 

Hourly Rates - Hourly rates are charged a 5 hour minimum. A My Chauffeur garage to garage pickup/drop-off location charge exists with 15 minutes or 50% (whichever is greater) grace period to/from your pickup/drop-off location.  Please inquire about your specific pickup/drop-off location cost liability. Your chosen vehicle is guaranteed with this hourly rate option.

All-Inclusive Point to Point package:  8 passenger or 14 passenger limos.  Pickup time restrictions may apply.  The all-inclusive pricing option includes the chauffeur gratuity and all other costs; though a pickup location charge may exist.  Additional stops and/or time require additional payment. Valid only within the Portland Metro Area. Pickup/Drop-off location costs apply outside of the Portland metro area.  My Chauffeur reserves the right to change your pickup times if necessary for proper scheduling before or after reservation confirmation.   The vehicle will NOT be available between pickup times. Students need to be on-time for each pick-up time slot or significant wait -time charges will apply. 

² Stopping for refreshments after the prom is not guaranteed until confirmed and is subject to availability; 45 minutes max. time limit.

³ Not all limos have all the listed options. We can accommodate up to 22 or more students in multiple limos with advance reservation. Please confirm individual limo features.  For everyone's safety, a Parent/Student 'Prom Promise' - Minor Release form is required.  You may view our Cancellation Agreement. 

⁴ Custom pickup times may be available.  But if you customize your pickup times, they may need to be adjusted back to what's stated above anytime after the initial reservation is made up to 24 hours before your pickup time. If you would like to change your pickup times after the initial reservation is made, you may call us up to 24 hours before your prom to check availability & request it.

VEHICLES:  For the all-inclusive point to point option; it is a REQUEST for a vehicle. Specific vehicles are not guaranteed; but the vehicle is guaranteed to accommodate the groups passenger # specified in your contract. My Chauffeur will schedule for your group your requested vehicle and will endeavor to maintain the vehicle agreed upon.  But we will occasionally use alternate limousines not listed above to accommodate your group. ALL VEHICLES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  All vehicles are subject to availability.  For the hourly rate option; your chosen vehicle is guaranteed. There may be limitations on vehicle availability and My Chauffeur reserves the right to switch vehicles before or after confirmation and all the way up to your reservation time. 

* The limo/party bus is a 14 passenger; 15/16 students max.  The Denali SUV limo seats 3/4 students comfortably; 6 students max.
