Mt.
Hood, the tallest mountain
in Oregon, is located 20 miles east of Portland. Enjoy a private
limousine ride through the Mt. Hood forest, up to
historic
Timberline Lodge,
where you can relax, photograph and enjoy the beautiful scenery and
historic lodge. If you choose to have lunch there, you can take 'the magic
mile chairlift
ride' * to the picnic area
at top of the mountain. Ranger lodge tours may be available
from 12-3PM. We then travel through the orchards of the picturesque
Hood River Valley to
the Columbia River Gorge and
Multnomah Falls cascading 620 feet down the sheer basalt
cliffs. And
Crown Point
with its 35-mile long panoramic view of the Columbia River Gorge. We visit several more waterfalls,
while following the
Columbia
River Gorge Historic Highway.
We then conclude our tour with
a scenic ride back to Portland. |

restaurant
in Hood River or Multnomah Falls Lodge or a picnic lunch are available. We are proud to
offer cuisine services with any of our excursions. Enjoy appetizers and

(substitution for the Columbia Gorge Tour) with a
restaurant dining stop, Eagle Creek & Punchbowl Falls hike, a
Sternwheeler Cruise on the Columbia or your choice!

booked tours are private.
Private tours allow your group the flexibility to make the tour more
your tour.
This tour is done with a
'partial' tour guide'
unless otherwise noted or requested. A Full tour guide may be available for groups of 9
or more, on request ($150 charge).
The Columbia River Gorge
Highway is in the near vicinity of all of the waterfalls and stops on this
tour. Therefore, care should be taken, especially for children,
when near or crossing this highway to get to the viewing areas of the
waterfalls, or at any other location on our tour.
We are proud to
offer catering services with any of our excursions. Enjoy appetizers and
a
gourmet picnic lunch during your
tour (Lunch is at additional cost). This would be the perfect complement to your tour, while you enjoy
the view of Portland.** All
tours are private limousine transportation. Tours may be able to
be customized, please inquire, and are approximately 8-9 hours long. Tour
is offered in private, luxury town cars or limousines (not an 8-passenger
van and driver with multiple hotel shuttle pickup locations. That's not
our idea of comfort or convenience).
