• Cost is (stated) for adults and 50% off for children age 6-17 (age 5 and under is free) + admission costs (approx $18 per adult total), after the minimum charge requirement is met.  Senior discount - 15% off + a discount on admission fees (Portland city tour only).  To receive any discount, 'condition' must be mentioned to the reservation agent at tour booking.

• Your tour is scheduled as a private tour unless otherwise informed.  A private tour is not guaranteed with last-minute-specials**.  Start time is 9-9:30AM or 2-2:30PM. Some restrictions (changes) on start time may apply.  Tours may be able to be customized, please inquire, and are approximately 4 hours long. 

• The P/U location may be at your 'downtown' Portland hotel location or possibly may be customized. Custom pickup location may be at additional cost. 

• GOURMET PICNIC LUNCH: We are proud to offer a Portland City Tour Gourmet Picnic Lunch ($12 pp); which may be ordered at tour booking or at the start of your tour.  We are also proud to offer a Columbia River Gorge Tour Gourmet Picnic Lunch ($15 pp); which may be ordered at tour booking (advance order required).  This would be the perfect complement to your tour, while you enjoy the view of Portland.  30 minutes are added to your tour if you order a picnic lunch.

• LAST-MINUTE-SPECIAL TERMS: The chauffeur/guide gratuity is not included in Pricing.  2 adult min. charge applies. We accept CC or cash payments.  Cost includes the 'minimum' vehicle for your person #.  For groups up to 4 ppl., the scheduled vehicle is a basic town car sedan.  If you want a premier town car or limo, you must order it.  Vehicle upgrades are at additional cost. Newer model premier town car or sm. Denali SUV limo is $75 additional charge irrelevant of the # of persons in your group.  The 8 passenger stretch limo has a 5 person minimum charge. Winery tasting fees (wine tour only), tour admissions (Portland City tour only) and lunches are at additional cost.  Inquire about our discount airport service for tour guests & non-tour guests. My Chauffeur reserves the right to adjust the tour pick-up time if needed.  Tour is subject to availability.  Your credit card information is required to book.  Cancellation policy applies*.  Please call to reserve.

Our comfortable transportation are in town cars or 1-15 passenger limousines.  And tour buses are also available**.  Substitution stops, such as the World Forestry Center, or the Vietnam War Veteran Memorial and others (see list) may be possible upon request.  Pick-up location is in the Portland downtown area.  Pick-ups outside the downtown may be at additional cost.  Tour may possibly be combined with a wine tour or the Columbia River Gorge Tour or the Columbia River Gorge Wine Tour for a full day 8 hour event (call for quote or view the pricing page); 47 ppl. max.). See the Dining & Tour Package.  To extent your tour to up to 6 hours; $15 pp applies ($60 min.).

All tours are private, unless otherwise notified.   All tours are done with a 'partial' tour guide' unless otherwise noted or requested.  A Full tour guide may be available for groups of 9 or more, on request ($150 charge).    Be prepared for inclement weather (rain, snow, cold, etc.)....2 hour cancellation policy applies; up to $50 per person.
