Trailhead Release Agreement

I, ______________________________ and Party, release My Chauffeur Transportation Co. of any responsibility to our group while our group is on any waterfalls trail or other trail in the Columbia River Gorge on _______________________, 2007.  I understand that we have hired My Chauffeur Transportation Co. to take us to any trailhead, and then to take us from any trailhead on our return from the hike in question to commence on the regular scheduled tour. We have not hired My Chauffeur during the intervening time of the duration of the groups hike or individual hike commencing at any trailhead.  Furthermore, I or we understand that in wilderness areas, possible wilderness dangers are always present,. and the hike is at our own risk.  We have hired My Chauffeur for this purpose and for this purpose only.

In addition, our group understands that the Columbia River Gorge Highway is in the near vicinity of all of the waterfalls and stops on our tour.  We also understand therefore, that care should be taken, especially for children,  when near or crossing this highway to get to the viewing areas of the waterfalls, or at any other location on our tour.
