CANCELLATION/ CHANGE IN RESERVATION AGREEMENT: Please read carefully.
A deposit be required. The deposit amount is tour specific and indicated on your tour confirmation. My Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time for any reason (full refund to customer applies).
For a customer cancellation: Cancellation must be submitted in writing and you must obtain a cancellation confirmation in writing from the company staff. Cancellations not in writing and without a written confirmation will not be accepted. If the agreed service is cancelled by the customer, the company WILL IMPOSE the applicable cancellation charges as follows: {see below}.
TOUR BUS CANCELLATIONS -
a. All reservations may be cancelled or changed by customer within 48 hours of tour confirmation with ‘no penalty’.
b. If customer cancellation occurs after 48 hours of tour confirmation and up to 20 days and 23 hours prior to ‘departure time’; up to 100% of the applicable deposit MAY be charged against your reservation agreement. In case of cancellation, PART OF the non-refundable deposit may be used toward a credit for any future service for up to 1 year. Please Inquire.
c. Trips cancelled less than 15 days but more than 24 hours before scheduled departure time are typically charged 100% of the applicable deposit.
d. If the customer cancels trip less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, there is no refund and up to 100% of the SUB NET TOTAL may be charged against your reservation agreement.
e. If customer cancellation occurs less than 2 hours prior to the ‘reservation’ (a ‘no-show’), 100% of the SUB NET TOTAL WILL BE charged against your reservation agreement.
PLEASE NOTE: IF YOUR RESERVATION IS PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO YOUR TRIP DATE, REFUNDS WILL APPLY IN ACCORDANCE TO THE TERMS SET FORTH ABOVE (A-E)
Coronavirus Update: During the coronavirus outbreak, epidemic or pandemic or any outbreak, epidemic or pandemic affecting Oregon, My Chauffeur will do our best to refund part or all of the above deposits beyond what is stated above, and we will try to allow for up to about 10-15% of the total person # stated on your confirmation to cancel with no penalty. The amount of refund will depend on the severity of the outbreak as determined by My Chauffeur and also the policies and procedures of the chartered bus company. BUT, the above cancellation policy in full will remain in full force and effect.
