Total fees due will be charged, and are non-refundable, if you cancel less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time*. Cancellations 3 or more hours before your scheduled pickup time are not charged, or fully refunded. Cancellations less than 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time are requested to be done by phone call or text message; email may not be accepted.
*Refunds will be issued only in the event of overpayment, duplicate payments or if a payment was made when no fee was due. A refund may be requested by calling 503-969-4370 daily 7am-9pm Pacific Time.
While "enhanced health and safety measures" will be the utmost importance — passengers still assume all the risk.
