- Poor Farm Pumpkin Patch and Carving Challenge - McMenamins
Sunday, Oct 23 from noon-6 p.m.; McMenamins Edgefield (Blackberry Hall); $10 per person (includes pumpkin and carving kit). With Edgefield's storied past, visitors have long felt the eerie presence of those who've died there - many of whom are believed to be buried in unmarked graves on the property. - Davis Graveyard
- Kennedy Elementary School - McMenamins - And for us, one of the spookiest places is Kennedy School. Displayed throughout the building and grounds are old-time class photos and eerie paintings of former students and teachers. The ghosts of the past can definitely be felt!
