*CASH PAYMENTS: Exact change is required; your driver/guide carries no change. Even if you choose to make your payment in cash, your credit card will be required & authorized to secure your reservation and in case you change your mind and wish to use your credit card for payment.
Gratuity:

• Driver gratuity of 20% was not included with the purchase of service (unless otherwise noted) and is appreciated. Your driver works hard to ensure your time is timely, safe and fun.
• Pre-paid or no-signature transactions where the credit card holder is either present or is not present require a 20% driver gratuity.
• Reservations in which the credit card holder requests that the driver charge the card and email the receipt (signifying a no-signature transaction) require a 20% driver gratuity.
