(3) Would you like to include lunches in the GC? *

YES, include lunches for everyone with the gift certificate. If checked, you are authorizing payment for a full boxed catered picnic lunch for everyone to be ordered at $20 per person cost on top of the wine tour cost ordered above. NO Undecided

Add Tasting Fees (wine tours only). Please inquire about beer and distillery tour tasting fees.
The wineries typically charge between $25-$45pp. On the average, tasting fees are $35 per person per winery. 3 wineries X $35 per winery = $105pp (+4% service fee). If the YES option is chosen, you are agreeing to pay for the tasting fees for everyone in the group of 4, 12 or 21 people (or custom #, if applicable); $109.00pp and you understand these tasting fees will be processed on your credit card along with the cost of ordering your GC. This cost includes a 4% service fee. Unused tasting fees are refundable to the tour group, or may be used by the group toward bottle purchases, minus the service fee. Overages in tasting fees are the responsibility of the tour group.

RISK-FREE* - GC is refundable - The gift certificate cost must be paid before the GC is issued to the auction committee. However, the Gift Certificate is refundable*SEE TERMS BELOW to the auction committee if not sold at the auction, minus a $35 service/processing fee. Please contact us regarding GC payment and refund terms, or with any other questions you may have. If you would like the Auction Display Placard, please request it when you order your GC.

* TERMS - The GC is refundable to the auction committee; however, a $35 per gift certificate shipping/handling/processing fee applies in the event the GC is not sold at auction and returned to My Chauffeur or if the Auction Committee cancels the order after it has been sent to the Auction Committee. Refund requests by the auction committee must be made within 14 days from the end of the auction date. The GC is not refundable once it has been auctioned off at the auction event. This GC is not refundable to non-auction events.

SPECIAL POSTAL INSTRUCTIONS: *

This document, when agreed to, authorizes My Chauffeur Transportation LLC, to charge the credit card for the services pursuant to the charter agreement. This card will be charged for payment-in-full of your gift certificate order.
Additional charges including, but not limited to; overage time, damage, extraordinary cleaning, tasting fees and meals (if not included in GC purchase) as explained within your charter agreement (contract) before, during or after the trip departure date is the responsibility of the tour group, not the auction committee.

If we have any questions about your order, we will contact you using your contact information provided above. Otherwise, your request will be processed immediately. The gift certificate and materials will be processed and sent to you within 24-72 hours after our receipt of this order. Please allow for extra delivery time specified above under Shipping.
