My Chauffeur Tours annually participates in non-profit fundraising events with many charitable organizations through a special program specifically designed for auctions and fundraisers. Our program represents a risk-free* way for you to raise funds for your organization with a service that is almost always guaranteed to sell. In fact, it’s considered the “Grand Prize” at many auctions.

My Chauffeur Tours supports great organizations (see below, at bottom) with our tour packages. We offer a discounted (50%) gift certificate, only available to non-profit schools and non-profit organizations (501 [c] [3]) for auction or non-auction events.
GC is described as follows:
The non-profit school or organization recipient or auction committee may request a complete discounted gift certificate package. Package would include the GC and introductory letter to the gift certificate recipient, an informative letter to the auction committee and an Auction Display Placard if requested, for the auction.
One of the more popular GCs we offer is the Wine Tour GC, described below:
"Enter the world of Oregon wine as an insider. Travel with professionals working in the Oregon wine business. We use our first-hand knowledge and extensive contacts to give you a real insider's view and entrée that other tour companies cannot offer. Each estate visit is unique and fascinating, as you meet the passionate men and women who make some of the world's greatest wine..."

For all options above, your GC INCLUDES::
* Full-service tour - Your gift certificate includes complete planning/prep., exclusive wineries (if applicable), door to door service, and our 21-passenger shuttle bus for the up to 6, 10 or 21 person tours. If you would like the Auction Display Placard for winery tours, please request it when you order your GC.
- Up to 7 hours full-service tour* for up to 6, 10 or 21 people with a pickup/drop-off location within the Portland metro area.
- Picnic boxed or platter lunches on request ($20 each)**
- Driver/guide gratuity (12.5%)
- Reservations during the On-Season only (May 15 through November 30).
- Tasting Fees for winery, brewery or distillery tours: Winery tasting fees may be added on request at additional cost. You will have the opportunity to add the wine tasting fees to your GC purchase during the ordering process, for $109.00 per person.
- Cost of Meals/snacks (unless included).
- Reservations during the Off-Season (December 1 through May 14).

RISK-FREE* - GC is refundable - The gift certificate cost must be paid before the GC is issued to the auction committee. However, the Gift Certificate is refundable* (SEE TERMS BELOW) to the auction committee if not sold at the auction. Please contact us regarding GC payment and refund terms, or with any other questions you may have. If you would like the Auction Display Placard, please request it when you order your GC.
