MY CHAUFFEUR will endeavor to maintain your private tour request (if applicable). However, there is a potential to be a semi-private tour at a discounted rate. A private tour is not guaranteed.
CANCELLATION/ CHANGE IN RESERVATION AGREEMENT: A $50.00 -$300.00 deposit may be required. Whether or not the deposit has or has not been applied; our cancellation policy (below a-d) stays in full force and effect. My Chauffeur reserves the right to cancel any reservation at any time (full refund applies). For a customer cancellation, you must obtain a cancellation confirmation in writing from the company staff. Cancellations without a written confirmation will not be accepted. If the agreed service is cancelled by the customer, the company WILL IMPOSE the applicable cancellation charges as follows: {see REFUNDS below}.

a. All reservations can be cancelled by customer within 48 hours of confirmation with ‘no penalty’. If your reservation is within the next 48 hours, the cancellation policy goes into effect immediately. See B below. $10 minimum cancellation fee may apply.
b. If customer cancellation occurs after 48 hours of confirmation and LESS THAN 14 DAYS prior to ‘reservation’; 100% of the applicable deposit WILL be charged against your reservation agreement. In case of cancellation, the non-refundable deposit may be used toward a credit for any future service for up to 1 year.
c. If customer cancellation occurs less than 3 hours prior to the ‘reservation’ (a ‘no-show’), up to 100% of the SUB NET TOTAL may be charged against your reservation agreement.
d. Change in Reservation: Customer is allowed 1 (one) trip date change 14+ days before the reservation, then will lose the deposit on the 2nd or more change(s), and be required to post a new deposit for each subsequent change. Changes 1-13 days before the trip date will forfeit the deposit.**

Deposit fees are non-refundable after 48 hours from your tour confirmation email. Refunds within 14 days of your reservation date will be issued only in the event of overpayment, duplicate payments or if a payment was made when no fee was due. A refund may be requested by calling 503-969-4370 daily 7am-9pm Pacific Time.
e. TOUR BUS CANCELLATION AGREEMENT
Coronavirus Update: During the coronavirus outbreak, epidemic or pandemic or any outbreak, epidemic or pandemic affecting Oregon, when an indoor mask mandate is in effect, My Chauffeur will do our best to refund part or all of the above deposits beyond what is stated above, and we will try to allow for up to about 10-15% of the total person # stated on your confirmation to cancel with no penalty. The amount of refund will depend on the severity of the outbreak as determined by My Chauffeur and also the policies and procedures of the chartered bus company, if applicable.
