‘How to
locate your driver & vehicle’: “It’s Easy” 1. OUTSIDE OF BAGGABE
CLAIM AT THE CURB 2. TURN RIGHT AND WALK ABOUT 200 FEET TO THE MAX LIGHTRAIL STATION 3. PAY
$2.50/adult and enter any train. Get off train in 2 STOPS,

Follow the 4 steps below:
If you have problems locating the MAX lightrail, ask a Traffic Assistant or the information booth at commercial lane #4, or call My Chauffeur directly at 503-969-4370. Your driver & vehicle will be waiting for you on arrival at 'Cascade Station', but you may call My Chauffeur at the terminal or while exiting your flight if you would like to check the status of your driver & vehicle. Be sure to have your phone on to receive text message updates.
Always telephone My Chauffeur at Cascade Station if for any reason you cannot locate your driver & vehicle, your vehicle has not arrived or if you have been delayed.
If you cannot locate your vehicle; you must call My Chauffeur, otherwise the cancellation policy will apply (see below). Terms & Conditions are below.
- Follow the signs to baggage claim (inside the terminal - lower level); retrieve your bags (if applicable) and exit the terminal.
- Once outside AT THE CURB on the roadway; turn right and walk to the MAX lightrail station (This is about a 1 minute walk located at the far end of the sidewalk).
- PAY $2.50/adult and enter any train. Get off train in 2 STOPS, at the Cascade Station.
- Look for your awaiting driver & vehicle.

Attention: If you would like personal assistance at the terminal from My Chauffeur, your driver will meet you at either baggage claim or at the security checkpoint. This service is on request and costs $25.
